I keep getting the messages and just thought it was on my end. Usually if the page doesn't load almost immediately I'll stop it, wait a few seconds and then reload. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries but it usually will load. I just thought that maybe the server was busy until I found this thread.

Thanks for the info and offer Jerry T. Shut down all the add-ons and plug-ins earlier hoping that might help. As soon as i think it is helping, i get all kids of errors. Some other work to do yet this evening, i will be in contact soon! I will try to write up some info and send it your way tomorrow.

Haha, you should know me well enough by now Jig Man. I am not... that... fast! Have not sent my info to Jerry T yet. Killing the extra 'plug-ins' for the site have relieved a little of the problem, but the errors are still there and some people are getting them more than others. The software is like my children...... it has its moments. :) The more i have researched, it could just be an 'out of date' software problem that needs a fresh install or upgrade. With the server changing over, i need to straighten out my upload info also.

I am holding Jerry T in my back pocket. He will be getting an email, or hundred, soon. ;) As many know, we are pretty low budget andlow key here on JigCraft........... no hassles or bad attitudes is the way we like things here. I am very VERY thankful that there are guys on here that offer help when i need it. Thanks for putting up with me all!

SUPER difference in the site (for me).

Just for your knowledge...... I had to reload 5-8 times in a row for a few days.... just to navigate to ANY page. Now, I've had one error in 48 hours. If I have the error again, I'll screenshot it and log the time for you.

Moving forward, you can always have your host look at your Error Log and they should be able to determine what caused the issue. If anyone gets errors here, just log the time it happened and what the error said..... If you know how to take a screenshot, do that.

Once you gather a week's worth of proof of errors (if you KNOW the errors aren't your software), you can present your case to your host and demand they fix it. Otherwise, I'd move to a different host if they won't work with ya.

For what it's worth, I've been checking in on things and will continue to do so every morning and before bed till you get this all lined out. Happy to give ya my phone number if you get to needing help with this transition.

Well, it looks like the upgrade went through........... but still showing some error logs. I will have to work on getting the layout straightened back out. I will try to make it as painless as possible and get it looking as much like the old ways as it was, but no clue yet. Bear with me. It is quitting time here at work so won't be able to get back on for a few hours.

Don't know if this is related or not. Put up a post, saw a mistake. Went to edit and hit the quote by error. (Those selections need a little more space or a dash between them) Realised that I messed up again and went to the Delete post box to try that and I get a "you do not have permission to do that" message and it wouldn't let me delete the quote post that I did. So I did the best I could and just deleted the wording. Also what does that mean down at the bottom of this box where it says "you have selected one post outside of this thread." and then gives the two options to quote or deselect? Sorry to be such a dumbkopff.

I am aware... still getting them here too. Trouble is, can't seem to get my webhost to respond to me about the issue (though email) and i haven't had time to sit & wait on the phone on hold for an hour to talk to a real dang person.

Just wanted to say too, the errors seem totally random. I have been on here jumping around different threads for the last 2 hours and it has run nice and smooth without a single error. It has a mind of its own lately.

I still get the msg 4-5 times a day

No biggie, just hit refresh & I'm back on the board

Seems like the first batch of msg was a line in a program was "blowing up"

Now it seems like the msg's are saying the servers not being recognized

Use to be a programmer, so debugged allot of kryptic msgs from code
