Ok going to try and post some pic's of the cutters.
Ok, the white cutter has obvious larger blades and they are .040" thick VS the pink one that are only .015" thick. I think the larger ones would stay sharper longer as they seemed to be sharper to begin with when I got it. I think you could re-sharpen them although it may take a bit of effort, like some 600g sandpaper glued to a popsicle stick. I don't want to screw these up as they are the ones used in the kitchen.
As a nube I often thought that it would be nice to have some strips a bit wider than the ones you buy, like in the 1/4" range. I don't know if that's something that would be usable or not as I'm just starting out and probably making my jigs too large. Hope these pic's clear things up a bit. I have an idea for a rotary cutter but just need to get some time to work on it. Trying to get field work done before the snowballs hit me in the butt.
