I took some pics last sunday to give you a little impression of the mark that inspired this kind of fishing. Note the stones and the steep embankment that make both fly- and spinfishing very difficult. The strike zone is very close to the rough, sharp-edged stones, which on their part catch any lure or slack line instantly. Under water, there is a brown loose algae growing on them that stains and impedes the action of any lure even after just a swift contact. At the same time, it is quite troublesome and noisy to climb down for a few casts along the bank. In my experience, I gotta cover about 6km of shoreline for one take...
