How long will they last if stored properly? Trying to get an idea on how many to buy. I'd have to tell her the maggots are fly larvae. If I said they are maggots that might not go over too well.

I do absolutely nothing with mine and have had my maggots for about 2 months. A bunch have died, but still have probably 2-3 more trips worth left before I need to reorder.
