It's kinda hard to pick just one color.Depends a lot on what fish your are targeting.

Very true! I was just pondering this morning that if it all came down to one or two colors to put food on the table, what wouod I choose. Black came to mind first, as a lot of water around here is very stained. Then it would be either chartreuse or pink, depending on time of year.

Any color as long as its BLACK..... can i add in some pearl or red flash. :D :D

Black would catch anything IMO - can be fished quickly as a baitfish or slow as a terestrial or aquatic creature/insect. White would come in a close 2nd place.

Hey AF, a very well known and respected local angler who had his own TV show for many years, the late Mike Sakamoto, said exactly "any color as long as its black".

Actually originaly a quote by Henry Ford.......

"By 1918, half of all cars in America were Model T's. However, it was a monolithic black; as Ford wrote in his autobiography, "Any customer can have a car painted any color that he wants so long as it is black". Until the development of the assembly line, which mandated black because of its quicker drying time, Model T's were available in other colors, including red."

........but it works for fishing too.
