Great job Jim!!!!!!!!!!!!! With 30 years of smoking and really enjoying them I didn't fully commit to quitting but the doc gave me a prescription for a product called a "Nicotrol Inhaler", it contains 10 inhalers that last a long time, my wife only went through one but I chewed on mine from time to time so I went through 6. The inhaler comes apart and you put a small cartridge in and put the inhaler back together and it feels just like taking a drag of a smoke. The difference in it is that it isn't quite as enjoyable as a cigarette but you still get the nicotine. 2 years now off them, no weight gain and I don't miss them or crave them and unbelieveable I feel better and taste food better, things I thought people were just saying to make me quit but it is true. I have cancer that is in remission, I was so sick going through chemo thrapy but even that didn't make me quit, as soon as my chemo was done my wife would pick me up since it took 5 to 6 hours per session, and I'd have 2 smokes before I even got home, even the thought of dying couldnd't make me quit but this inhaler did. I'm telling you this because if you stumble or have a problem let me know, I'll give you all the information to give to the doctor and it is covered by most insurance. Good luck my friend!!!!!!!!!!
