Hello everybody!
some of my friends call me "bucho"(like the villain in that Banderas movie), and I have to say I am fascinated about this site. Living and fishing in Kiel, Germany, there`s virtually no jig tying around that I have learned of. Folks either buy the plastics that are being marketed to them or tie flies once that they`ve learned the trick.
Most of my fishing is light tackle salt water, for sea(-run brown-)trout and cod, with more freshwater trips for brown trout, (northern)pike, zander (walleye?) and (yellow ) perch up to come. I am a proud owner of a Hobie Outback Kayak, and so far I find Jigs and Bucktails a fantastic enrichment to both my tackle box and tying bench. While I deeply enjoy fly fishing and -tying, I have more of a whatever-it -takes attitude. A homemade, customized lure that can even be scented or tipped is just about what I always wanted
Tight lines!
