I've gotten 1,000's of eyes from the same site,Lisa Staton. They only have two colors, but in every size imaginable.Them gold eyes on all my Ultra Minnows and teasers are from them. Can't beat the price.

I bought some awhile back and I believe it was from Stanton's,but it could have been someplace else. The eyes look exactly like the one's on Stanton's site. When I got them the eyes came with cardboard under it,shrink wrapped over the whole thing. Problem was when they heated and melted the wrap over the eyes it did something to the glue and now the eyes won't stick, except to your fingers if you touch them on the top,no glue on bottom. Here is a picture of the one's I bought. Is this how you get yours from Stanton's because if not I'd give them a try but I don't want anything like this. These are a nightmare. If they don't come like this I'll defintely give them a try because the prices and eyes look great. I got these over a year ago, maybe they changed how they package or maybe I got them elsewhere but the site looks like the one I purchased mine from.

Ive been real happy with bog baits.. Lisa looks to be a little less expensive but Bog has 5 colors, all sizes and will mix quantities just about any way you like...$11.00 for 500 but will do some discounts for larger purchases.

Jungle mine were like yours only in smaller packages. Multiple sheets shrink wrapped together and each sheet had about 20 eyes on it. They fall off the paper backing just trying to open them. They do not stick to anything. Mine were ordered from Lisa about a month ago. Great looking eyes but rather useless. Bogs is the way to go but he seems to be raising his prices each time I order. Used to get 500 for $7.00.

I wouldn't trust the glue on stick-on eyes to do anything more than hold them on the jig while I dip it in the nail polish top coat. In fact, I'd almost prefer eyes that didn't have glue on them, because they tend to go flying off the sheet when I try to lift them only to land halfway across the room (if I can find them at all.)

With eyes that don't have glue, your best bet is to put a dab of superglue on the jig, then wet your finger and tap the top side of the eye. It will stick to your fingertip and you can place the bottom on the glue.

I've been buying from Bogs for a couple years and have been happy with their eyes and prices. They always send extra. I'd rather pay more with no aggravation than save a few pennies and pull the little hair I have left out. I wonder if Lisa is aware of this because I think that before the shrink wrapping those eyes probably would work. With their process they go through a lot of trouble to mess them up. I won't be ordering more from them and I go through a lot of eyes from 2-6mm. Thanks for the feedback ccj. I just bought more from Bog's.

I always put Sally Hanson hard as nails over any jig that I use stick on eyes. After sealing I put them in the oven at the lowest temp to kick the oven on and let them dry that way. Too hot and the eyes may burn.

I use Crazy Glue to put my eyes on from Saton's.I have never had one fall off yet even in deep saltwater after even 10 fish. They are fine and do what I want them to.

Very pretty eyes on the Clear Cure Goo page, but there's no frigging way I'm going to pay $4.50 for 20 eyes. Especially since it's debatable whether fish even pay attention to eyes on luures.

That's 45 cents a jig,way to much. They do look great though. If I combined those with a Gamakatsu or Owner jig hook I'd be swimming after those jigs.

Can't speak as to wether eyes make a jig more productive. But I will outcatch someone using a plain pin min vs one of my one-eyed ( cyclops pin min. ) mins I would say 90% of time. Used to love to give one to a kid. Then he would go back and outcatch his dad. Might be able to prove it to Attica one of these seasons if we ever get ice gain. The red eye is usually the most effective. Why I don't know but I don't waste time arguing with them.

As to the jig I can't say if it helps but it sure don't seem to prevent them from biting.

I get eyes direct from WTC. Just ordered 3000a few weeks ago, largest being 9/16" if I remember right. They sent me sample eyes just like the ones posted on that clear goo site. I am one that also thinks fish are not romantic enough to chase down the prettiest eyes. I use the flat reflective eyes on the Ultra minnows, and Fluke balls. Other than that, I use blaze orange paint, and a drill bit and dab an eye on it. People loved that. Nice and brite.
Also, there is no way I am raising the cost of a jig to sell 45 cents a jig, and try to pass that onto a tackle shop. Look nice but.......

I'm with attica on this one.
