Duo-Fast sells a model of fine wire upholstry staple with 1/8" legs and a 3/8" crown. They run about $10-$20 for a box of 13,000 depending on where and how many you buy.

Might want to check and see if it will fit your needs. The model number is 3104C.

I know I am new to the game here but I do have a Tax ID number if that would help on this. I also have this mold, but I have just been pouring them as collarless jigs until I could find something reasonable for a substitute for the wire.

Thanks all, a lot of good suggestions. I think I'll try the staples. I have a 6" beveled straight edge that has a bevel angle that is a prefect match to the mold so bending should be a simple task.
