Neat story too, they played together growing up...Boulder,Colo....Went different ways after High School. The singer/guitar went south to Atlanta/Memphis,,,rock and blues...The bass bro went to NYC and played jazz and classical...They reunited after 17 years, and this is what they got....Hawnjigs said:That is some amazing standup work by the Wood bro!

You're not complete minority - used to listen to alot of heavier stuff back in the day. Had Megadeth, Anthrax and Slayer albums.... would have been cassette tapes back then. Testament too.
Those days rolled right into NIN, Pop Will Eat Itself, Henry Rollins, etc. After that, the lighter side of JamBands that had me sitting around campfires with an accoustic till wee hours of the morning. Sounds of accoustic guitar, madolin and banjo into the open air really drew me in...... then i had children of my own and that scene disappeared.
BTW - Saw a news blurb saying Chris Thile won a MacArthur Genius Award! :icon14:
