I was a little bored this morning and made a quick video tying a bucktail jig.

That should help a lot of novice tiers get started or even more advanced ones refine their tekneek. Are the eyes sunken beads?

Never say never, altho I don't have use for two tone hair jigs, thanks to the vid tutorial at least I'll know how to tie em.

My rabbit & mink fur ties get shredded after a few fish, is bucktail more durable?

The eyes are fluorescent yellow paint with a black sharpie pupil.

Nice simple video. Always like the way you finish off your knots.... never tried that method. Thanks for posting.
