This is my take because both wife I and one of the Dogs have been having fits with allergies. It being so dry the dust is bad not only that but here we are dealing with a large bloom of algae on the lake and with the winds of the past week do to Hurricane Issac it has blown to our location.
The wife is taking a prescription drug that the doctor gave her not only is it bothering her head but has attack her skin. The doctor says this is the effect of the algae. He has seen a few cases of this my wife be one of several do to a weak condition do to her Sjogern's syndrome.
Me I have taken a few benadryl a few shots of snakebite medicine and ibuprofen. The later seems to make me feel better don't know if it really helps or not. Come on Cold Weather it can't get here fast enough.
Issac brought the needed rain to my area but also brought along the humidity and a big pressure change. Arthritis making it hard to sleep and slow to move in the mornings. Crown help that also but maybe not best option 1st thing in the morn.
Happens almost every time I come in from offshore, and get away from this salt air! It takes my sinuses a week to adjust, and the following week... It's back out to work! The older I get... The worse it gets!
Good luck! Try taking a zertec (sp.) in the morning... Seems to help me out! Sometimes.
Sounds like toy guys are taking the while allergy section in the drug store at one time. Bet you guys are all off to the races speeding your brains out and nose still running like heck.... Lol
