Trying to do some wire keepers on jig heads. Does anyone out there have any tips on how to and what is best or easiest to work with?? I've done 2 so far and they seem ok but not happy with em! I used staples.

The left one is a 1/16oz #4 3/8 staple and the right one is 1/16oz #2 1/2 staple.
Any advise would be appreciated!

I use side cutters and made several hundred out of .30 soft stainless. I should do a little video. 2 bends and cut off in a boot.
