Our lease is due to expire on 2010 Honda Crosstour . I personally love the Honda but wife not so much. Anyway went looking and she really liked the 2014 Nissan Versa Note.
This little hatchback has a surprising amount of room and its MPG rating is over 40. This particular car stickered just over 17K . It had a constant speed transmission that gets better MPH than a manual transmission according to the specs. While not as loaded as the Crosstour was it is nicely equipped.
Another thing that surprised me is its comfort. Would still prefer my Honda Pilot for looooong trips but for an economical grocery getter/errand runner. I think Nissan is on to something here.Local dealer says he is having hard time stocking them. The night we bought ours another couple bought a red version of it as they unloaded it from the truck. Which brought their stock back to 0 again on this model.
