Picked up one of these at Cabela's under the 30% off sale. It's basically all the bits of odd pieces left over after they trim the chicken hides for selling individual feather types. It didn't have any of the long thin feathers of course, but there's lots of useable stuff. My pack had a lot of short, fat neck hackle, but also turkey marabou, chickabou, small schlappen, and feathers I can't even identify. There's LOADS of feathers. It's a gallon sized ziplock bag stuffed full of feathers on hide patches, not loose feathers. Totally worth the $18 normal price, let alone the $12.xx that I paid for it on sale. I'm considering buying another before the sale ends.

Their great for wet flies and using on jigs, with the variety of colors you can actually find out what colors you really like, then buy those. Great deal congrats.

Here are pics of what came in the bag. Too much stuff for one pic. That's a 1.75 ounce jar of Power Bait dough on the left for size comparison. Sorry it took so long, I was having trouble uploading pics from my phone to photobucket.
