I have some watermelon red flake and the sapphire powder paint. I really like the way they look over a bright shiny new leadhead. Kind of like tinted silvery scales on my minnow heads. What other colors have this effect?

Those are ones i have that i know are for sure.

I 'think' the rootbeer flake is. I also 'think' that the candy colors would give you the same effect and you could add glitter to those for some other possibilities. Not positive on either of the ideas though.... just theory. :P

P.S. Use a very thin Pearl base coat before you use one of the see-through colors..... it lets the reflection of the tiny pearl glitter shine through but with the over-all color of whatever was added on top. Pearl base with Copperhead on top looks

Candy colored powder paints are translucent, I add clear and glitter to these and sometimes pearl white and have come up with some cool colors.

These were chartreuse heads that I let get a very light coat of copperhead over - used the fluid bed and took half the powder out of it and turned up the air so it was giving a volcano - they came out pretty good
