New poll declares Texas as nation's least favorite state

There were some other highlights from the survey...

Our neighbors to the east, Louisiana was rated the drunkest — which is either a good or bad thing depending on how awesome you are — while Mississippi was considered the dumbest state.

I are from Ohio and I like Texas. If poll was taken by mostly leftwingers that would explain a lot. One thing a liberal can't stand is being proved wrong. Texas is an exact opposite of what " more and bigger government " does for its citizens. As an uber conservative I applaud the great state of Texas.

Noticed CA had the most attractive poeple,,,,,only because they havent learned to appreciate the fashion statement of a cowgirl in a short skirt and boots..............

I'd just like to point out that this Missourian did not participate in this here poll. I happen to like your fine state even though I have only been to it once. I drove through some of texas on my way to Louisiana to get drunk. :icon14:

Probably took the poll in the winter and they were ALL snowbirds. They didn't like each other, so you might have to reverse that stat...... TX on top and wherever they came from ranks low.

I don't know what I like as fare as where to live. I do love the Pacific Ocean and fishing out there. As for California I do not fit I would fit in Texas better.
