Granson #4 & I got out for a little while ths afternoon ... He was real happy .. we both caught the same number of Spec Trout (23 a piece, only about 8 Keepers .. over 15") .. we both got a small Red Fish a piece .. I got a small flounder but he wound up beating me in numbers and like all the other 3 Gran Boys have done they will try to beat me any way they can .. he caught 2 Skip Jack which gave him one more fish than "Pop" 1st time he has done that ... He will be 12 years old next month.

Thanx for the "Hi 5's" guys ... The Oldest and the Youngest are the 2 that have listened and have not had to "Fuss" at .... All are great and have had a lot of fun on the water with them ..

We went back out the next afternoon and it had gotten even tougher (thought we would tear them up with the Cold Front on its way) I could get the hits but could not hang them Wesley, the "Dude", beat me again 10 specs to Pops 5 specs and he also had 2 Red fish ... I did loose 2 keeper size which were the only 2 good fish we had on all PM ... Some days "U go Fishin" other days "U go Catchin".

When they are little and just learning to cast is the time they are dangerous . If you don't look out you'll get piercings in places you never wanted them . Best thing to do is when you feel it hit . Start yelling DON"T JERK DON"T JERK !!! But then it is worth all the pain when you start building memories like yours .
