Left last Thursday to head to near Buffalo, NY to pick up my grand daughter to bring her back for the rest of the summer!!! We went to what was supposed to be the flea market and it is now a self storage unit!!!!!

So we went shopping instead!!UGH!!!!! You all talk about Michaels craft store and right next to a Famous footware store there was one. I found more glitter than I've seen combined in JoAnne's fabrics and Wally world!!

I had picked up a bunch when the 3 of them came in and asked if I was done. I had just talked to the clerk about some flip top containers to store glitter in. They wanted to go to lunch and the wife says just get what you want!!!! No arguing from me!!!!!Here's what I picked up!!!!!!

Assorted colors mix 2 packs

Assorted neon color sample pack 2 of them

I also had 5 other big tubes of other colors I thought I'd like to try.

Nice mix of colors you have. Lots of possibilities there. I agree with JungleJim, the finer the glitter the better in most situations.

My glitter tubes do disappear at times. Took a few tubes worth till i taught my daughter (and wife) that a little glitter goes a long way. Pick a color in that assortment pack that you might not like the best, give her a bottle of Elmers glue and a sheet of paper....... she'll be happy and out of your hair for quite a while. ;)

I hear you RonDon - messed with the Mica powder alot lately and can sometimes take a shower and my hands still have a 'shimmery' look to them. That stuff just floats everywhere in any slight breeze too.
