Getting there - went and checked the ponds yesterday and you can see all the thin spots. Then it darn well snowed yesterday and today is cold!!!!!!!!!!

You guys that have Columbia Coating's powder and also if you got in on Rosey's March sale (or just have some of their powder), check out the Powder Paint Color's thread and add what you have to it. It doesn't have to be in any particular format, just painted jig heads so anyone can see what a particular color looks like on a jig, and in case someone wants to go purchase some, a part#, order# or SKU# along with the name of the powder & where it was purchased. I think this will be very helpful for both those experienced in powder painting as well as newbies.

I'm so glad that I'm finally able to fish for the last month but it isn't getting any warmer, the water temp is still the same as it was in the first week of March and we keep getting forecast for temps in the 50's but it dosen't feel like it when the wind is blowing at a steady 20 mph with 40 and 50 mph gusts and the low temps are still in the upper 20's in the mornings. But even with all that I'm still able to get out and get a few so I could see why you have so many jigs FM!! I seem to make more when I strat reading more and more fishing reports, don't worry buddy, you only have a coupkle more weeks to ice out.
