Bottom pic is close up of the 3 o'clock positioned jig in first pic.

Trying to show the effect of the Clear Starburst. That particular head was a new cast of shiny lead just covered by the starburst clear, The thread body was painted by a glitter fingernail polish. All the heads in top pic was given a top coat of the starburst clear. Really have to be holding in hand to appreciate the effect it has.

That is why I took the one close up . The tiny specks of glitter really make the primary color jump out at ya.

Those are excellent looking. The close-up looks like a true glass minnow. That starburst clear coat looks great - sure makes the fresh head shine.

Awesome!!! I really like the walleye head, great jig and it looks as if I have to get some of that clear starburst, it looks good in the pic so I can only imagine what it looks like in person. Did you apply it with a brush or fluid bed or did you just dip in a jar? That looks like it will add some nice flash to any color, I'm really interested in that.

Normally I spray paint with any PP that I use. But on applying the Starburst clear I just dipped. When I bought the paint on Roseys it was a 50% off sale. The Starburst clear was 11.00 per pound during the sale. Almost hesitated as rest of my buys were 4.50-6.00 a pound. But after using I am glad I got it.

All six pounds came in bags. For a storage solution . I went to a dollar store and got some plastic containers for 1.00 each. Containers are big enough to promote easy dipping. Since I wanted to coat whole head. But whenever I want to multi-color or just want different color for highlight or contrast . Spraying for me is only way to go.
