I changed how the jig stands upright using the lead body as the stand instead of using the added piece of 30lb line.
Hope you enjoy tying the jig as much as I do. A easy jig to tie that should work with many different fish species.

Nice info.....how are you getting the lead off front of hook area to start? Any RnD on this jig?

PB, I use a gate cutter to remove just the rounded over lead off the hook shank, maybe a 1/32'' of lead. Had a friend use some Sunday and caught 42 bream using the chart combos. We had a tornado come through yesterday, luckily it dropped down after passing over my place but spent the day cleaning up. Hope to try some on Thursday but they are calling for another round of storms Thursday/Friday.

Very cool tie - betting some flats fisherman chasing bonefish and the like would do well with that style. Would make for a helluva crab imitation i think.
