I had a surprise package in the mailbox. I saw the name and knew he hadnt ordered anything lately so i was wondering what the heck he was sending me!!! I opened it up and found a check that was dated 2/24/2011! Then i remembered!!!! 13 months ago he had sent a payment that i never received. He sent another payment a week later that i got in 2 days. Ha well this one showed up 13 months later! This customer lives only a couple hundred miles aways.

Stories like this are funny. What did they do with it for so long?
That being said, if you really think about it, they really don't do a bad job. Even if they operated on a .50% error rate, that would still be a lot of screwed up packages/letters. I know our error rate at work is higher than that (printing) and we have proof readers, customers come in to look at it, and I will print it for hours on end...some times crap still gets through. Oooops lol.

BLT I do agree with ya. With as many people that gets involved with making a delivery it's pretty dependable. Then figure in amount of deliveries made! But i really wonder where it was for a year. Probably fell down behind a machine or something. Someone came along to work on the machine and found it???
