Thought some of the rest of you might like to see what we came up with. Although these are primarily ice fishing lures that would be good anywhere , anytime.

will be shipping packs late tomorrow just in case lost package finds its way here. split up best I could with the extras. Tried to make sure no one got two of their own lures.

swivel in pix is a #12 the size used with pony jigs.

Never thought much about little spoons.. Our water never freezes. Maybe 48-44 degrees. Wondering about shooting docks in feb. with those little spoons? Need to figure out how to make? Love the pictures

Liftbite--- I classify these lures as ice lures but I use them all year long. Little spoons have worked every where I have tried them.

Often when fish get tight lipped and won't touch a normal size lure or bait they will hit a small lure. I always used this analogy. Picture sitting under a nice shade tree after eating a huge dinner. As you sit there your neighbor yells over the fence from his cookout. Hey you want a burger we got extras. More than likely you refuse but if he said got some extra ice cream or extra pie.
Then he got your attention.

I have shot docks but never with the little spoons. Best luck I have had with them is in vertical jigging presentation often tipped with a grub or piece of grub. Will almost always take gills and often crappie if not on a minnow pattern. I have had minnows die of old age ice fishing while pounding crappie on wax worms and maggots.
