I don't fly fish anymore but even then I could never tie flies, they are just too small for my clumsy hands to work on them. Very nice Fatman, they are really nice to the point they look like cataglog flies, picture perfect.

Doug, the one thing that kicks my butt is the upright and divided wings... got any tips? I don't tie many "proper" dry flies at all, mainly just for fun. My dry flies all have foam and rubber legs! ;)

Just practice and more practice. Strip all the fuzz off the end of the feather tie it in flat and lift up, you have to get a good thread dam in front of them to make sure they stay up and then figure eight them to secure.
