I like hot and spicy but that's scary. Habanero's are plenty hot enough for me.

I think I go too far with the hot thing sometimes. I LOVE salsa. There's a small hot sauce jar you can get from the French Quarter here, that is as close to fire in my mouth as I've ever had as far as an additive …… BUT, it's just overbearing HOT n you lose any flavor when you put it on or in anything. It's just hot for no reason. Had a buddy nearly die many years ago bc of a prank with it.
