Looks good to me.
If tying for steelhead, don't be afraid to tie a few of these with thicker cuts of fur. Often, steelhead jigs are tied to imitate egg skeins, or portions thereof, that may appear as moving clumps to the fish in running waters. I believe that many steelhead jigs are tied with schlappen to achieve this clumpy, rather than streamlined, effect.
However, they'll clobber this one too.
