Mmm! Had some stuffed with cheese and wrapped with bacon last week. Pretty much the same way I make duck wraps.

Not sure i have ever eaten a hatch green chille... let alone a relleno. They look dang good though! Spicy?

We do stuffed/smoked jalapenos on the grill pretty often.

relleno = stuffed, just about anything you can think of.
Nothing like a jap...Taste similar to a bell or Anaheim pepper. We have a choice of mild, med or Hot down here...Stuffed with cheese.Wife like a sharp cheddar,I do a mexican asadero (white cheese from goat milk)...Topped with a taco meat,,,queso and sauce, one of our favorite times of the season.
