Nice pics! Most of my fishing is on a pier and over night. Love watching the sun rise. How many miles off the coast are you there?

We are about 114 nautical miles due south of Grand Isle, Louisiana. The weather is getting ready to roll in again.... looking for some 15 footers by tomorrow night....gonna have to put my tying gear away for a couple of days most likely.

Beautiful! The saying..." Red sky in morning, Sailor take warning. Red sky at night, A Sailors delight" my daddy told us kids when were little. He was a coastguard gunnery. I still use that phrase today. Now when I was little, we would go down to Florida on a weekly basis. A lot time spent in Carabell, St. Petersburg, Silver Springs and Panama. I learned to ocean fish first before I ever freshwater fished. Got pics somewhere. I do miss the smell of the ocean, waves crashing and seashells :(
