NO THNX DC!!!

Apology Heather don't me to hyjack your post - this is a report I did for anothe site;

"Finally got on water after four months - woohoo. Also got the big skunk but it's OK that was for only two hours. Didn't want to stress. Beautiful day - fished the canyon. Watch my boys catch a few - miss a few - no bites for me. Guys went back out after they dropped off me and my amigo, neighborhood kid. He wanted to see what fishing is all about - even though we got the skunk - think he's hooked.

Surface temp is low 50s, fish were 40-60 foot and the guys only kept 16 to 1.25 lb. All on jigs, mostly 1/32nd (the water is that flat) dressed with an assortment of carne and carne combos. Mealworms, crickets, and crawlers. Usual die hards on the docks still tapping on the Redear.

The fish are eating up on the hatches - had one going off when we got to the canyon yesterday. Small midges."

Think Baitmaster might have some pics. And I don't think mealworm and BM took me to the right spot because they sure did catch a lot of fish without me & Jr.......

We are supposed to get some rain today and then the rest of the week is going to be the same as yesterday.
