How long is it? You can make your own with a marker. Somebody just did tye dye - CRS moment...
3-4 inches . Also got the itch to tie with Ostrich Herl and Plumes . Got some Peacock Herl that stuff is sweet . Tied up a bunch of 1/32oz and 1/16oz pill heads with it .

I bought some when it first came out for about $3, now it's about $5. Nice feathers but in my opinion they aren't worth 20-25 cents a feather. Toadfrog did some barred dyeing using zip ties and they looked pretty nice. I bought some zip ties and plan on trying it in the future.

Peacock herl is really good stuff, beautiful natural colors.... A lot of fly tyers use it for body material

Yeah I saw the Mad scientist results of the barred dying LOL, but man it came out really nice!!!!!

CJ Ostrich herl is like the peacock but not as sturdy - make sure you reinforce it with thread.

I just bought some barred mini marbou from Jann's Netcraft. It is in small 1-2 inch plumes. How would you tie it in for the tail on a crappie jig? I don't really like having the stems in my tails.
