After fighting off a ferocious injured, foaming at the mouth skunk for a couple of hours yesterday.... which halted the progress on my repairs....because he wouldn't leave my garage...


The Squeak-mobile lives again!!!! Gonna go do a test run in a little while with the kids.....and then either tomorrow or Monday....Nathan (my 7 year old) and I are going to go out after the ever elusive Lake Fork Sac-a-lait!!!! Cant wait!!!!

C'mon after all the times they air the commericial from Sears for the close your garage door from anywhere and you still haven't gotten one yet??? LOL Hope he didn't spray!!!!!!!!!

No spraying!!! thank god.....my daughter was walking out of the garage yesterday....just as the skunk was walking in!!! She ran back to the barn....Just as I fitted the lower unit on the boat....She was screaming bloody murder!!!! lol He didn't want to leave....had to wait him out...then send the kids in throughout the back to close the door...while I chased him across the street.

Just went out and ran the boat..... all lower unit systems are a go!!! I did have some fuel leaking, and it was sucking some air from the fuel connection...So when I got home...cut the old connection off the old hose...because it had a better seal...and now we are are golden!!! While she was down...I changed all the oil lines, spark plugs, oil, and a few of the fuel lines....she sounds better than she has in years...Now its time to go abuse her!!!!

Had a skunk get mad at the camp one night. He sprayed right outside the window unit which sucked it right in the camp! I was sleeping right under the AC too. It was not a good thing!

Good deal on the boat and can't wait to hear the report. Are you sure you can handle driving a boat that big?? hahahah!

I would have been very tempted to try and put a .22 round in that skunks head and hopefully drop it before it could think to spray. Of course wait to do that till it CROSSES the road. Their tail fur looks awsome!

Next time a skunk gets in your garage open a can of tuna fish and set it far enough out the door you can sneak up to close it . They will go to the can . Skunks love tuna . If your really brave you can snatch one up by the tail before he can spray . They have to have their feet on the ground so they can bunch their muscles to spray .

Had one back me away from a deer stand once, I decided I could hunt out of another one that day!!

I was told, if you throw a towel or a sheet over a skunk, it won't spray you....never tried it..so no guarantees !!!...
