Yea!!!!! That's great news.
I got an e-mail as well that the EPA lost from all the petitions signed regarding the ban of Lead. I wonder what this will do now for MA, since it has a lead ban on certain sizes. Wonder how long it will last before it comes up again. I signed all the petitons that came my way along with passing it to my friends to sign. So if we unite like we have things will eventually happen.

Cad - this vote and if the Senate pass's it is really gonna make the Mass. lead ban up in the air and I personnally think it will get most of it overturned.
