I love the set up!! I use pans like that but I put metal bars through them and hang the jigs, 3 bars with ten 1/4 jigs per bar and fifteen 1/16oz jigs per bar. I found that my system was incomplete the first time I used it as the jigs would slide side to side on the bars and that isn't good so I put some high temp teflon tape on the bars and it solved my problem. However had I been smart my curing trays would have looked like yours....Doh!!!

Don't know how thick of a bar you are using Small, but could you run a Dremel cutting disc across it to make grooves for the hooks so they don't slide around?

Great idea blt!!!!!!! I have eight of these pans and some new ones sitting around. One of them I have wire pieces cut and bent so that when I powder coat spinner blades I can hang them for curing.

SJ - I found this part out last night!!!LOL Size 10 jig hooks don't fit real well in the size holes I had so I had to take needle nose and flatten the edge so they'd fit. Cleaning the eyes a chipped a few but it'll only take a few minutes tonight to fix them, and then they'll go in the oven to cure.

That is a good idea blt, but I would have to make pretty wide cuts for my larger jigs. Right now the tape is ok but it looses adhesive and I then have to replace it. FM, I don't need to worry about that, even with the new mold I want to get I don't think I'll be going to a size 10 jig hook, I can barely see a size 6.
