I printed up a couple of samples on different shirt colors to see how they turned out. Used a slightly different process than usual to create the design. The jig in the background is actually a drawing i did as a negative using pencil. The print uses only black and white ink so the color of the background jig will look a little different on each color shirt. Turned out really cool! Some colors of shirts it turned out better than others. I am going to offer a bunch of different stuff including different colors of basic cotton t-shirts as well as some lightweight polyester 'tech' t-shirts and poly sweatshirts. Should have a complete list up next week!
LedHed - Going to have some stuff to be embroidered but it will be with the original logo that does not have the bobbin and thread. I'll send you a copy of our distributor catalog if you want something specific.
Plateboater - Yes, they are tube insert heads. Wally World had some Arkie brand jigs that they must have put the wrong hooks in. These have really nice super sharp hooks and were the same price as the el-crapo hooks. I bout all that my local store had.
Radtexan - I wanted to use a jig that was the most basic of all jigs so it was easily recognizable. The sickle would look cool, but was going for old school simple. Screens are burnt and ready to print!
MuskyGary - Indeed! I was trying to mimic them as best i could from some of the pics that Redman has posted here in the past about the old Rock-A-Roo style.
