Tied a couple of kreature baits this evening for early spring bass fishing. I plan to fish these in the river near my home.

It's tough for me to see the body color very well. I used a basil-colored #6 chenille manufactured by Lion Brand that is pictured below.

- Olive trilobal polyester thread 40-wt
- Lemon-lime and black-colored silicone skirt tab
- 1/8-oz. football head with #1 sickle or round bend hook
- Santee nail polish for jig head - black
- PermaPoxy 5-Minute Clear for jig head topcoat
