Looking at Junglejims satin tails he posted. Figured I would try with a little twist. In that I would use V-cut on the duck flank feather to expose the satin a little more.
Don't know if it is an improvement or not just whittling some of this sub artic temps away. Took a single pic to show a little more detail of tie.
The group pic surrounds one of my favorite ice fishing lures. 1/16 oz spoon made my Northland and modified by yours truly.
