Hi everybody,
I´m thinking of using lead molds for resin casts. The idea is to cast a jig head in the small end of the cavities, pretty it up with powderpaint and eyes and everything and then give the jig head a second layer of resin that looks cool and brings up the casting weight without increasing the lure speed. If the whole thing becomes unstable in the water and starts to crank and wobble all of a sudden, I could live with that, too
I am reluctant to mess up my molds though. Has anyone tried similar in the past?
