Quint Special

Here is my new bucktail jig, the "Quint Special", it is on a 3/32oz walleye head with a size #1 hook. The jig has an underbody of natural bucktail and black pearl flash, then black bucktail was tied over top and finished off with Guinea Fowl feathers on the sides as an attractor. I call it the "Quint Special" for a couple of reasons, the first is he likes that style head, and the second reason is sent me a couple bags of the Guinea Fowl and Lady Amherst feathers and since I used some of them in the jig, it was only natural to call it that. I really think this is going to be a killer pattern for smallies, all I need to do is get out next week and give it a shot!

Smalljaw now tie one with a Grizzly hackle wings. That one is a good looker but bet that the one with Grizzly hackle wings will produce more fish.
Been there and done that. Two thumbs up.
