Pup - From messing around with past pics of yours, i'm pretty sure you fix the Contrast, Saturation or Color Level with some kind of software or online program... but could be wrong. I know i have never had to adjust your pics to get white to actually show up white and so on when putting them up in the gallery. I try to get colors as accurate as i can (only a guess though) before i post them up in the gallery.
If so, what program are you using? I use PhotoShop Elements which has 'Auto Contrast' & 'Auto Level' features that i use on almost every picture i take. I have found that the auto fixes work the best if there is something in the photo that is very dark (black is best) as well as something white. I use a card of black chenille and place it so that it will be out of the final cropped area. The cardboard has the white and the chenille has the black. If the auto fixes dont give me the result i want, there are a few more color enhancements in PS... 'Color Cast' is another sort of auto fix or... i can mannualy change the brightness/contrast or hue/saturation.
Also, all computer screens display colors differently. After all that schpeel i just went through, the only jigs that really look blue is the one on the far right and the one on top. Trying to output a specific royal, navy or purple on color prints ALWAYS has given me fits - it NEVER comes out the way it looks on the screen. :dodgy: Russ
