Yeah I'm gonna have to try it and see. I don't think it should but who knows. It ain't much but it does have some lead wrapped at the head.

Nice looking fly. The original prop bugger is called the Pistol Pete but I don't remember if those had the beads on them. That will catch some rainbows for sure.

It wont spin the whole fly. I tie a bunch of these to use on stocked trout but i use a tungsten bead with lead wraps under the body to make it heavy enough to cast on ultralight tackle...btw nice tie :icon14:
