Woh, what do you do with all the guts & body parts?

Not considering the near 3#er, those ALL look like SLABS - what is the average size range?

The fish moved up during a recent warm spell. Caught all about 16" deep in about 3 foot of depth. Times change however, highs in the forties and lows in the twenties have surface temps in the mid forties. Fish moved off the bank and the cork/jig shallow thing had to be modified. So goes crappie fishing...

Average weight on that day was around 1.25 - there were only five over two pounds. Carcasses go in the garden compost pile.
