Jig man your leaving me hanging tell me whats wrong ?? I just threw somthing together to get the basics down...Jig Man said:Sorry, but I like um...
Pup said:Nice jigs. As a suggestion, you might try tying a few without the chenille or hackle at the collar (classic style). Classic craft fur jigs work pretty well for crappie and bass most any time of the year.

Hey Stab, wasn't my intention at all. I think they are great ties, they should hunt. I'm from a little further south than you and pup, but I got a grandson thats a Hoosier, My bride and I make the run to Indianapolis a couple times a year...
stabgnid said:Its Nice to here from a fellow Hoosier !! I'm From Marion Ind. I fished the OleMiss & Sally Reservoirs !! Thanks for the input I'm planning to try that today I just like playing around a little and I like the look of the chenille collar. I'm also a little intimidated by some of the classic style jigs posted on here. I'm trying to get the basics down because I want to try to tie salmon jigs
