Pistol n I met up with a pretty well known local fisherman on the Tchefuncte River Sat morn to learn a few things. Fishing was quick and heavy. We caught fish at every stop. I learned tons and Pistol wore an ear to ear smile all day. Wish I wldve slowed down enough to take pics.

I've got to get me a real boat soon.

Out here...
Can't tell much about the boat, but an ice chest full of fish and big smile on a young face is a BIG trip in my book... No matter the boat. :icon14:

You're missing me JM. My son and I are usually on a TM or paddling, so we are limited as to where we can fish. We always catch fish and he's always happy, I had just meant it was a nice change.

Thx guys.

Looks like some nice black crappie and a fun day. When the fish are hitting good - no time for pics!

Boat... i do like getting out sometimes and not having to do much work in the process but doubt i will ever get much more than a man-power boat anytime soon. I can afford the gas to paddle. ;)

This Yankee is still trying to pronounce the name of that river! ha! Is the 1st 'T' silent???
