Pike jigs?

Plans have changed for this weekend and I am now going pike fishing.

I've never actually targeted pike before so I'm not sure what to tie.

Did a little search on Google and it seems like zonker streamers are the go to. Anyone have info on materials, patterns, jig head weight?

Through the ice, no open water for at least another 2 months

Through the ice swedish pimples and rapellas tipped with minnow or minnow head is the ticket. Open water bucktails 1/2, 3/8, 5/8, 1/4 tipped with minnow or crawler work great.
