Peacock Herl Rope ?

Just read about tying with Peacock Herl and they talked of using a Peacock Herl Rope . Could not find any pictures to show this or how to do it . Possible to get some info on this ? Thanks

Quint you can do it with different material like the ostritch or any kind of hackle

Another way is to tie in 4-5 herls and twist it then wrap the thread around it, then wrap your body and tie off. If the the herl rips it makes little legs that stick out. OR you'll hang it and lose it LOL.

What size of wire do you use ? Need to get me a couple spools . Thanks

Really fine ultra, one thing make sure it's coated wire or you'll get some rust.

Cj - I use to strip off the wire from small electical motors and wind them on empty spools. You can buy multi colored wire now. The smallest diameter you can get if you have to buy it....
