Peacock Caddis

Decided to tie a few flies today and really forgot how small a size 18 hook is!!!!!!!
This is a Peacock caddis with #18 Mustad dry fly hook, peacock herl body, wing is elk and has a white and brown mix hackle collar

How can you tie something like that yet not be able to spin deer hair?? That is just amazing, the detail is incredible on such a tiny fly, it is something that requires a lot of talent to do!!!! Very,very nice Fatman!!

SJ - I don't know what it is I just can't do it!!! I've talked to Bob the guy who owns the local Fly Shop and he's talking about running a class on it in Feb, I've got to order Chris Helms DVD's on spinning and stacking maybe it will help!!!
