If you're using the plastic filters, or polyprofylene (sp) material - empty all the powder into a flat container and get either a can of compressed air, or compressor if you have one. I use a air blower that fills my air mattresse's for camping take it outside check wind direction and give it a blast of air from both sides of the cup. This should clean it right out, it's all I do to mine.

That's a good tip. Doing it now. I use wax paper when mixing colors because it slides off easy.

Great looking jigs! Like the paint jobs. Company in Ark makes baits that look a lot like those. Dont remember their exact name but its Ozarks something.

Nice jigs.

Is it possible that water is getting trapped in the fluidizing material? I would wipe it out with a towel and use a vacuum to clean them out. Maybe letting them set empty with the air on for awhile will help dry any trapped water. Or maybe a hair dryer would work.
This is just my guess. I'm not sure, I don't have the regular fluidizing stuff. I am still learning and building my beds.

What do you mean by clogged??? The powder is just sitting there while the rest has a boiling action?? and is it only certain colors???

Sorry I had a busy weekend. Thanks for the comments and I've figured out the fluid bed. I vacuumed it out and it's like new. Anyway I do and always have had problems with certain colors. Some I don't even bother putting in because they seem too heavy. Also if theirs post to that I haven't responded too its because I can't find them. Is there anyway I can auto subscribe to everything I post to?
