Couple of the booths I always try to get to are Mountain Deer Taxidermy mainly because he's from the same town as me and I always try to get scrap pieces from him.

Vermont trappers association - they always have some nicely tanned skins for sale.

One I'm definately checking out is Merry Trading company, they deal in sheep skin products.

And even though I don't ice fish I always try to go to Dave Genz's ice fishing seminar.

Sounds like a good way to spend a day looking around. I love the outdoor shows. You need to ask those trappers if they have trapped any of those satin critters!!

Well whatever bug was going around the wife's school HIT ME!!!!!!!! I've been trying to tie jigs in between sticking my head in a bucket or running for the bathroom. This sucks!!!!!!!!!!

Same bug made it to Texas. Last day of deer season and I'm on the porcelin throne. This sucks big time.

I really wanted to go to see the trappers they always have some really nice furs!!!!!!

Hate to hear you missed the show Doug. I know how interesting the shows can be and I also enjoy talking with the different people that sales at the shows. Hope you and your wife get feeling better soon, take care.
