But have some kinfolk in for the weekend from the metromess. And we all limited on dove. Had a big time even though it was 104 degress :shells: Going to give it another try today!!! Saw more birds than I figured we would

Our dove season started Thur and I got a quick limit. A lot of birds here now, but it never fails to happen. EVERY year, about a week into the season we get a cold rain that pushes the doves south. 103 here yesterday, rain and a low of 49 tonight. Goodbye doves.

Well I got the kinfolk sent back to the metromess this morning with a mess of birds. We had a big time, shot lots of birds and told some whopper stories. And can you believe it... It is 1:00 pm and 85 degrees outside. I hope ya'll are spending this weekend doing what ya'll enjoy. I think I may go shot a few more and cook um for my bride tomorrow!!!
